Mr. Gilbert monitors EI internal expenditures on all
projects and administers fiscal controls in accordance with
EI business procedures. He has held accounting and business
management positions with IBM Corporation and was formerly
the principal in the R.L. Gilbert & Associates accounting and
tax counseling firm in Boulder, Colorado. He has over 35
years of experience in accounting and in industrial process
administration.
